Rachael previously worked as a sales coordinator at the toy company Mattel before moving on to the professional services industry working as an executive assistant at Deloitte.

After having the first of her two children, Rachael came to work at Kentucky Equine Research after she decided to seek out a part-time role within the horse industry so she could combine her equine passion with her working life.

Rachael has been riding horses since the age of 12. She has previous experience working within the racing industry and currently competes in eventing.
