Sponsored Eventers Earn Top Placings at Ocala Winter 1 Horse Trial

KER-sponsored eventers Liz Halliday-Sharp, Bruce Davidson, Buck Davidson, Dom Schramm, and Jimmie Schramm scored numerous ribbons at the Ocala Winter 1 Horse Trial February 7-9, 2019 at the Florida Horse Park.

Liz Halliday-Sharp led the pack with five blue ribbons, taking top honors in the Advanced Combined Test with Deniro Z, Open Intermediate-A with Cooley Quicksilver, Open Preliminary (One-Day)-A with Flash Cooley, Preliminary Horse-A with Duiske Abbey, and Preliminary Horse-B with Cooley Stormwater. She also finished second in the Advanced Combined Test with Fernhill by Night, third in Training Horse-A with Cooley Capitano, and sixth in Intermediate Horse with Cooley Moonshine.

Dom and Jimmie Schramm of Schramm Equestrian finished the weekend with multiple placings in the top ten. Jimmie finished eighth aboard Eclaire in Open Preliminary (One-Day)-A. Dom finished fourth and ninth in Open Novice-A aboard Quadrocana and Casalto, and eighth in Open Novice-B aboard High Prince.
