Halliday-Sharp Wins CCI2* at Ocala International

Liz Halliday-Sharp earned the top spot in the CCI2* with Cooley Quicksilver at the Ocala International Three-Day Event and Horse Trials.
Liz, sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research, said in a Facebook post, “This is one special 7-year-old and I’m so excited about his future!” This is the 7-year-old Irish Sport Horse’s first CCI2* victory.
In addition, Liz placed fourth out of almost 70 starters in the CCI* with Anna Kjellstrom’s off-the-track Thoroughbred Run Marvin Run. This was his first time competing at the CCI* level. She also placed third in the Advanced Combined Test with Deniro Z.
Liz relies on Bio•Bloom™ PS, EO•3™, Restore® SR, RiteTrac™, and Synovate HA® to give her horses the nutrients they need to perform their best. She also uses KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds in the U.S. and KER-partner Saracen Horse Feeds in the U.K.
Buck Davidson also competed at Ocala International and won the Advanced Combined Test with Park Trader. In the same class, he placed second with Carlevo and eighth with Copper Beach. In Open Training-A, Buck placed fifth with Valley Of Knowledge.
Buck, who is sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research as well, has entered Park Trader, Carlevo, and Copper Beach into the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, formerly known as Rolex. The event takes place the last weekend of April in Lexington.
Buck uses KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds RE•LEVE® Sport and Ovation™ to provide his top-tier horses with a balanced diet that matches their workload.
“KER has always been the authority on feeding high-performance sport horses,” Buck said. “I’ve always relied on KER-formulated feeds.”
