Forum to Explore Non-Starch Polysaccharides in Animal Feeds

The Inspire: International Non-Starch Polysaccharide (NSP) Forum to address the development and use of NSP enzymes in animal nutrition will be held March 31 to April 2 in Pitlochry, Scotland.

At the meeting, more than 70 international experts in NSP research will give technical presentations and lead discussion workshops. Subjects to be addressed include clarifying NSP misunderstandings, highlighting the mechanisms by which NSP enzymes act, examining the reasons behind product performance, and defining directions for future development.
