Weber Wins Record Sixteenth National Championship

KER-sponsored driver Chester Weber led the USEF Advanced Four-in-Hand Combined Driving National Championship from start to finish to secure his sixteenth national championship at Live Oak International held March 8-10, 2019, in Ocala, Florida.
“I was pleased to start the weekend with a dressage score in the 30s. In the dressage I used two horses that were different from my WEG team, so I was pleased with that depth,” Weber said in a press release following the cones phase. “Today in the cones I put the two leaders that I drove last season together because they’re my strongest combination. I drove my seven-year-old, Henrik, again as well. He’s gotten better and better. He’s telling me that he’s ready for the big stuff in Europe.” Amadeus, First Edition, and Gouveneur joined Henrik to round out Chester’s winning four-in-hand team.
Weber chooses Restore® SR to ensure his horses meet their electrolyte requirements. “Restore SR replenishes the electrolytes lost during training and competition with a unique scientific formula that allows maximum absorption and benefits,” Weber said. He also uses EquiShure® to promote efficient digestion, and All-Phase® to fulfill other nutrient needs without excess energy.
