Halliday-Sharp and Fernhill By Night on Fire in Grand-Prix at Bruce’s Field

KER-sponsored eventer Liz Halliday-Sharp and Fernhill By Night were on fire leading wire-to-wire at the inaugural $50,000 LiftMaster Grand-Prix Eventing at Bruce’s Field March 1-2, 2019, in Aiken, South Carolina.

Fernhill By Night, known as Blackie around the barn, is a veteran competitor. “He loves it. He’s feeling great, and he deserve to win,” Liz told Eventing Nation after a stellar trip around the cross-country course. “He’s been a longtime partner for me, and it took a long time to get him in a happy place. I think 16 is his magic year. Not a bad way to kick off the season.”
