Cold Weather Did Not Deter Sponsored Eventers at Carolina International

“What a week at Carolina International!” exclaimed Liz Halliday-Sharp in a Facebook post. “All of our horses and team were incredible, and we came home with some great results!”
Liz and Buck Davidson, eventers sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research, competed at the Carolina International CIC and Horse Trials in Raeford, North Carolina.
In the CIC3*, Liz earned second place with Fernhill By Night and fourth place with Deniro Z, with both horses having no jumping penalties. She placed second in Open Intermediate with seven-year-old Cooley Quicksilver and fourth in the CIC* with Little Vegas. Run Marvin Run also competed in the CIC*, placing 22nd out of over 80 starters.
Liz relies on Bio•Bloom™ PS, EO•3™, Restore® SR, RiteTrac™, and Synovate HA® to give her horses the support for optimal performance. She also uses KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds in the U.S. and KER-partner Saracen Horse Feeds in the U.K.
“When you’re training a world-class athlete, it’s important to have a world-class feed,” says Liz. “And we get just that from KER.”
In Open Intermediate, Buck placed sixth with Archie Rocks.
Buck uses KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds RE•LEVE® Sport and Ovation™ to provide his horses with the nutrients they need to perform at the top of their game.
“KER has always been the authority on feeding high-performance sport horses,” Buck said. “I’ve always relied on KER-formulated feeds.”
